Being transparent about what goes into our fees is an important part of operating an honest and ethical psychotherapy practice. As a collective team and beyond accumulation of clinical experience, several elements factor into our session fees:

  1. Operating Costs (30%). This involves costs relates to office rent and associated expenses, professional insurances and licensing, therapeutic tools such as biofeedback systems, administrative and software fees etc.

  2. Continuing Education (25%). This is part of Our Guiding Promise to you! We are committed to learning about and practicing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support the humans who place their trust in us. Each year, we invest time, energy and money on completing between 100 to 150 hours of clinical training and consultations.  

  3. Giving Back (2.5%). With the privilege of knowing and having comes the responsibility to give back and share. We regularly re-invest our resources into our local community and mental health causes.

  4. Take Away (42.5%). This portion allows us to cover our family and home life expenses, pay our taxes and continue to do the work we love.
