Decades ago, I experienced a trauma that rippled through every part of me; through my skin, my breath, my sense of safety.
Legal resolutions and well-meaning advice to “just move on” only deepened my confusion and isolation. My body couldn’t locate safety, no matter how much I tried to find it in relationships, routines, or reflection.
In the years that followed, I found myself navigating both the rupture and repair of family bonds. I witnessed how connections can fracture — sometimes beyond repair, and other times, how the first threads of healing begin quietly within us. I learned that trauma can harden our edges and soften our spirit all at once…
How we can look “fine” on the outside while quietly carrying betrayal, grief, and unmet needs within.
Finding myself again didn’t happen overnight. It began in a quiet therapy room, on a couch, with someone who didn’t try to fix me but instead witnessed me with compassion and helped me gently reorganize my inner world. In that space, my body slowly began to trust again.
That experience shaped everything about how I now hold space for others. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing; each of us has our own rhythm, our own story, our own path back home to ourselves. My role is to walk alongside you… to guide, to listen, and to help you rediscover what safety feels like in your body, your heart, and your relationships.
Because healing and reconnection begin when we meet ourselves — and each other — with honesty, compassion, and the courage to belong again.
